01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92goo ("92goo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 92goo.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or casino bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

92goo operates as an English-language online gaming platform designed for users including those based in Pakistan. The Platform offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other international sports), live dealer casino games, slots, table games, esports wagering and instant-play titles. All account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 92goo Platform, created through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR or the applicable account currency.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet or casino stake placed by a User on the Platform using Account funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or any non-cash incentive awarded to a User by 92goo under a specific promotion.
• "Casino Games" means slots, table games, live dealer games, instant games, crash games and any other casino-category content available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and eligibility.
• "Platform" means the 92goo website, mobile interface and all associated services operated at 92goo.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off features available within a User's Account settings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus Bonus) must be wagered on qualifying games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 92goo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or by the operator's applicable license conditions.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate entities and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the 92goo Platform or on any other gambling platform to which a cross-exclusion agreement applies.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or officer of 92goo or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 92goo for a breach of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 92goo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close or restrict any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and any other information required by the registration form. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

92goo is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals and may require verification before certain deposit thresholds are reached. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, Passport or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement or other accepted document).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by the Platform's anti-money-laundering procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request is issued by 92goo may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 92goo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices. You must notify 92goo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Terms of Use

Your use of the 92goo Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You may only access the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from 92goo.
• You must not attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• You accept that the Platform's records are the authoritative record of all bets placed, outcomes determined and transactions processed. In the event of a discrepancy between your device records and Platform records, the Platform records shall prevail.
• You must not engage in any activity that may adversely affect the integrity of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds. 92goo does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any bet or casino stake.

5.1 Service Availability

92goo aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside 92goo's control (including network outages, regulatory actions or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. 92goo will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92goo Platform are subject to the following terms. Currency amounts on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified in your Account settings.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. 92goo references certain Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual guidance for users. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to confirmation in the active cashier. 92goo makes no claim of partnership, endorsement or support by any Pakistani financial institution.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier interface for each payment method and may change without prior notice. You must only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use and that have not been obtained through unlawful means.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed following successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to platform rules and payment-provider availability. 92goo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. 92goo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's payment information section, but cannot guarantee processing times due to third-party payment-provider factors.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

92goo complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under its international licensing framework. The Platform may freeze, hold or refuse transactions that appear suspicious under AML screening criteria. Users are prohibited from using the Platform to launder funds or otherwise facilitate financial crime.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

92goo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus terms.

• Each Promotion is available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria, qualifying periods and opt-in requirements are specified per Promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified per Promotion. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Game contribution rates (e.g., slots at 100%, live casino at 10%) are specified per Promotion.
• Bonus Funds that remain unused after the specified expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
• 92goo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to affected Users.
• Users found to be abusing Promotions — including by opening multiple Accounts, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or employing bonus-abuse strategies — will have their Promotions voided and may have their Account permanently suspended.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless the specific Promotion terms explicitly permit combination.

08 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets and casino stakes placed on the 92goo Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. A bet request that has not received confirmation (including due to network interruption, system error or odds change) is not a valid bet. 92goo reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds or in breach of these Terms.

8.2 Odds

Odds are presented in decimal format on the 92goo Platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Live in-play odds change rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions. 92goo does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds level.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or not completed under the applicable governing rules; the bet was accepted at a clearly erroneous price; the event outcome cannot be determined under the stated rules; or any other circumstance outlined in sport-specific or game-specific rules. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events, including Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, international football and other sports. Live betting stakes are locked once a bet request is submitted. Delays in live data feeds may affect the odds displayed; 92goo reserves the right to void bets accepted under manifestly incorrect live odds.

09 Responsible Gambling

92goo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. All Users are strongly encouraged to use the Platform's Responsible Gambling Tools, which are available within Account settings at no charge.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits may be set to cap the amount a User can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net-loss thresholds per defined period, after which further wagering is prevented until the limit resets.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session durations after which the Platform will close the active session and notify the User.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the support team and take effect without delay.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause from gambling activity without full self-exclusion, available for short-term time-out periods.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92goo Platform:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate or interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Match-fixing, collusion, spot-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Attempting to defraud 92goo or other Users through chargebacks, false identity, stolen payment methods or any other fraudulent means.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to access your Account.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate through a single Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.

Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all Bets and Bonuses, forfeiture of Account Balance where permitted by applicable law, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92goo Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, odds data, game assets and user interface design — is the proprietary property of 92goo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 92goo.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92goo's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92goo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on Platform odds, market data or promotional information.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, data loss or security breaches beyond 92goo's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or data feed suppliers.
• Gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform or through the User's personal betting decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from 92goo's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments

92goo reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 92goo will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92goo holds its applicable international gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. 92goo does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their location.

14.1 Complaints Procedure

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the Platform, please contact the 92goo support team in the first instance via Live Chat or email. 92goo will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days. If you remain unsatisfied following the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the Platform's applicable licensing authority in accordance with the procedures of that body.
